Cyclone Nivar Relief work at Tambaram
The streets of Chennai were inundated with rain water as Cyclone Nivar brought along heavy rains. Firefighters from Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services rescued stranded people from waterlogged areas using Rubber Boats.
On 26.11.2020, Thiru. M.S. Jaffar Sait, IPS, DGP/Director of Fire and Rescue Services visited the affected places at Mudichur near Tambaram, Chennai and inspected the Rescue and Relief works.
