Appreciation from Sports and Youth Welfare Minister

In the 2nd ALL INDIA FIRE SERVICE SPORTS & FIRE SERVICE MEET – 2024 held at Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat from February 1 to February 4, Tamil Nadu Fire & Rescue Services Department excelled in various disciplines of the competition and secured 7 Gold, 5 Silver & 1 Bronze medals. Tamil Nadu Sports and Youth Welfare Minister, Thiru. Udhayanithi Stalin, congratulated and commended the department officials and athletes for their outstanding performance in this sports meet. Subsequently, a group photo was taken with Mr. Udhayanithi Stalin. Also present during the occasion were Mr. Atulya Misra, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary of the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Mr. Meghnatha Reddy, IAS, Member Secretary of Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority, Director of Tamilnadu Fire and Rescue Services DGP Abhash Kumar IPS and Mrs. Meenakshi Vijayakumar, Joint Director, State Training Centre, Tambaram.
