Chief Minister inaugurates new buildings
Honourable Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Thiru. M. K. Stalin inaugurated new station and staff quarters buildings of Fire and Rescue Services Department constructed with a budget of Rs. 18.78 crores on 07.10.2024 through Video conferencing.
10 staff quarters, 7 new buildings of fire stations were constructed, featuring advanced infrastructure for firefighting and rescue operations.
Top officials, including Chief Secretary Thiru. N. Muruganandam IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government (Home, Prohibition and Excise Department) Thiru. Dheeraj Kumar IAS, Director of Tamilnadu Fire and Rescue Services DGP Thiru. Abhash Kumar IPS and Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation Limited DGP Thiru. Shailesh Kumar Yadav IPS were present during this inauguration function.

2. Manali – Chennai Suburban
3. Meenakshi Amman Kovil – Madurai
4. kallikudi – Madurai
5. Thiruvaiyaru – Thanjavur
6. Thirukattupalli – Thanjavur
7. Kolli Hills – Namakkal
Staff Quarters:
1. Bodinayakanur – Theni
